Worked with DNA 360 Fitness as a “Fitness Consultant” from 26^th October 2020 to 13^th January 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to members and guests by providing a welcoming environment.
• Attending enquires, walk-ins for gym membership and other services.
• Drive and promote business, take guests on a tour of facilities, and explain to them about the various services and different segments.
• Packages and offers discussion with them in person. Help them to get their membership as per their fitness goal/requirements.
• Help them to understand and give a new way to their healthy fitness lifestyle.
• Addressing existing and new member’s concerns/complaints and help them out with the best possible solutions.
• Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product and services.
• Follow up with the potential clients for their trials with the trainers and discuss with them about the customized packages.
• Training new sales team consultants. As well as help them to close deals by offering customers the best packages to achieve their fitness goal.
• Working on daily sales report and sales summary.
• Helping Management and marketing team to make customize or new packages as per the market scenarios.
• Handling end-to- end front desk operations and sales.
• Last but not least providing excellent customer service and helping in any department when needed.
