 Total 12+ years of experience as Architect in Architectural firms and real estate builders.  Currently working as Freelance Architect & Interior Designer with Naitik Interiors ,Pune from Dec’ 2019 till date.  Worked with VKA, Pune as Project Architect from May 2018- December 2019.  Previously worked with ACPL Design Ltd, Delhi as Architect from April 2009-May2018.  Previously worked with We Design, Delhi as Architect from March 2005-April 2009.  Planning, Designing, execution at site for Residential, Mixed used building, Office buildings, Shopping malls, Integrated Townships.  Preparation of design packages from concept to execution stage along with marketing presentations.  Coordination with the project consultants and providing architectural support at the time of execution  Handling team of Architects, draughtsman and 3d visualizers to get best output beneficial for projects.  Integrated Township projects - Urban Designing, SEIAA approval, Road policy, PMRDA submission etc
