I hold a Post-Graduate degree in HR from AKTU University. I recently came to know, through your mail, that there is a position available for a HR Executive Role. As a Sr. HR Executive, I have more than 4 years of experience in (Recruitment+Generalist) profile which includes joining formalities, exit formalities, payroll, employee grievances, admin work, recruitment, salary structure etc. I am eager to gain hands-on practical experience in the field.
