Client                  : US Based Food Distribution Company (Dec 2018 – Till Date)

Role                     : Technical Consultant and Developer.

Tools                    : SQL Server, Power BI Desktop.

Description       : Understanding the business need, Requirement gathering, Implementing Integration requirements and providing Technical solution.

The Customer is focused on Food preparation and distribution process. They are collaborated with multiples vendors each for production, preparation, tracking orders and distribution to complete the chain. My responsibility was to gather the requirements and generate reports for the customer for their business requirements.

Responsibilities:

•      Requirement gathering and Understanding the Business.

•      Designed data model and Data warehousing. Created Dim and Fact tables by Schema.

•      Developed Views for Sales and Revenue, Status of the locations based on Business hours in SQL

•      Analysed data and created data model for building the BI Reports

•      Developed BI Reports using different visualizations considering the views as Datasets and created measures and calculated Columns using DAX for Sales and Revenue Analysis by different trends.

•      Worked on On-Premises gateway to schedule a source data refresh and establish a live connection.

•      Published and shared the reports by creating apps

Customer is one of the largest parking provider companies in USA. The company has harnessed the power of its brands leveraging a collaborative culture to seize and capitalize on parking’s greatest opportunities.

Responsibilities:

•        Gathering the requirements and analysing the data

•        Developed Views based on requirements and considered it as dataset to develop the BI Reports and dashboards.

•        Created data models, calculated columns and measures using DAX to build the reports.

•        Worked on On-Premises gateway to schedule a source data refresh and establish a live connection.
