Project 22- C4C Support Project for Premier Healthcare Provider:

Designing the architecture and process flows with for the different business processes.

Requirement Gathering and business process designing.

Conducting workshops and presenting solution to the client based on the business process with respect to both sales and service scenarios.

Assisting Client to make more intelligent and fact-based decisions through advanced and updated information. Integration of C4C with S/4HANA & other 3rd Party systems using CPI.

Lead E2E solutions from C4HANA to S4HANA, providing guidance, instruction, direction to the team individuals to achieve the end goals qualitatively.

Replication of Master Data from S4HANA to Cloud for Sales and Service and vise versa from C4C to S4HANA

Work/Service tickets, generated through multiple platforms and directly into C4HANA.

Implemented online chatting option using APIs to chat directly with the customer against the service tickets.

ID mapping, Code List mapping, scoping, fine tuning to add additional features and to fix the ongoing issues.

Integration of C4 sales cloud and service cloud with SAP S4HANA using SAP CPI.

Creating Business Roles, employee creation, user creation, authorization management.

Creating of leads using excel add-in and using Data Migration templates. 

Page layouts, Rule editor, adaptation mode, workflows, KUT fields, new WSDL generation and setup the S4H system according to the new WSDL

Defining SLA’s for service ticket, Service catalogues.

Analytical reporting creation and integrating S4H reports with C4C system using O Data services.

Project 21- Penguin Random House MM Module Implementation Project:

Role: Worked as a Project Manager & Solution Architect, where my role was to deliver the projects and designing the solutions with maintaining the quality of it, Client management, Expectation Management, Cost Management, Scope Management, managing communications, Budgeting and Resource allocation, Managing risks and issues, reporting, Stake holder meetings, weekly reports, monthly reports, DSU’s, JIRA update, Project plan using MPP.
