CARBO is an oilfield service, Technology Company that provides industry-leading production enhancement and environmental services solutions.

Role: 

Led offshore program management and SAP AD & AMS Support. My responsibilities included overall service delivery,client relationship management, management of SAP developments, customer requirement gathering, project management, project turnaround, customer relationships, project budget management, and team mentoring. The team size was around 50 (7M $/year).

● Utilized both on-shore/off-shore models to lead SAP ECC AMS team.

● Ensured SLA adherence and delivered Operation Level Agreement by utilizing Service-Now tool.

● Managing the P &L portfolio.

● Prepared project plan, conduct workshops, scoping meetings, blueprinting sessions, RICEF requirements, training, and cutover strategy for the client.

● Assessed risk, led mitigation action plan, and implemented contingency plans.

Management of the team for the SAP support project with substantial RICEF requirement gaps. 

● Managed project schedule, status of weekly/daily delivery of RICEF objects, periodic reviews, and quality evaluations of the project. 

● Act as the release manager and hold the CAB meetings. Also responsible for the milestone reviews and roadblock clearances.

● Managed the SAP interface team for all developments including IDocs.
