Work Experience and Achievements

● Currently working on a project for an airlines client to customize their existing D365 system via the usage of Power Portals/Pages, Power Virtual Agents, D365 Marketing, D365 Sales and D365 Customer Service modules.

● Recently worked on recreating an entire revenue module functionality for one of the largest manufacturing and retail clients in D365 CE using power automate, custom workflows, JavaScripts, Azure functions, Azure Web jobs, Azure Service Bus, Azure blobs, Webhooks etc. Also implemented automated MS D365 CRM deployments via Azure CI/CD pipelines and developed complex D365 reports using SSRS and BIDS Reporting Authoring Extension.

● Successfully developed a multi-threaded data migration functionality using SSIS, SQL and Kingswaysoft to transfer large volumes of data from on-prem to online.

● Worked on a POC based on MS Dynamics CRM Customer Insight and Customer Engagement Marketing platforms for a retail bank client.

● Successfully delivered multiple projects via AGILE involving creation of several new business logics in the existing D365 environment by thoroughly using MS Dynamics CRM 365 plugins (built in C# .NET), workflows, power portals, custom workflows, business rules, forms, custom buttons (via Ribbon Workbench), dialogs, API calls, word templates and other JavaScript customizations.

● Worked on a CRM customization, data migration and integration based long term development project wherein the data from legacy applications needs to be migrated to newly built custom functionality of MS CRM along with creating integrations with another on-cloud application.

● Worked on a long-term development project on MS Dynamics CRM Marketing and Field Service module involving developing custom business logic on delivering home comfort services to customers. This involved multiple plugin/workflow customizations, product, pricelist, bookable resource, scheduling assistant, Resource Scheduling Optimization etc.

● Developed several custom logics for automatic work order creation from incident entity and JavaScript ribbon buttons & validations, converted existing legacy JavaScript to Unified Interface JavaScript via the use of promises, WebApi calls etc.

● Constructed several integrations between on premise applications/databases and on cloud MS Dynamics CRM environment which reads/writes data from/to CRM.

● Thoroughly worked with managed solutions and their related activities which mainly involved removing multiple managed components in the live system.

● Successfully developed multiple business integrations using newer SSIS-CozyRoc-MSCRM driven approach which involved various complex contract level pricing and renewal algorithms.

● Also having hands on in MS Dynamics Great Plains along with MS SQL Server involving frequent use of SQL knowledge including writing queries, stored procedures, query tuning etc.
