Tools: Functional Support and Implementation of new processes.

Description:

·        Analysis of Business rules, Business processes, Business Requirements and transforming

them into SAP SAP/R3.

·        Providing support from production execution process (Shop Floor Management) with HMI

·        Handling all queries related to WMS and HMI System.

·        Implementation WMS, HMI, PM Notification App, Hose Pipe tracking system.

·        Testing of all the modules which includes all the processes starting with GRN to Dispatch.

·        Creation of Master Data including Material Masters, Bill of Materials, routings and work centers.

·        Developments of All production reports and QM Reports as well as implementation of production validation.

·        User support and problem identifications with solution.

·        Good knowledge on ASAP methodology.

·        Involved into gathering the business requirements and transform into the SAP Standards process into Z process.

·        Involved in Configuration of MM.

·        Exposer to implement third party application Integration with SAP.

Description:

·        Implementation WMS for Storage Location transfer and Dispatch process in Barcode Device.

Description:

·        Analyzing of current gate process and Weighment process and transforming them into SAP/R3

·        Hardware installation, Taking baud rate from weighbridge and assign into configure file.

·        Assign gate entry with MIGO transaction and PGI.

·        Supporting for any gate entry issue in Production Client.
