• Work prioritization and allocation based on team capacity.

• Conducting Daily Stand-up to report what was done yesterday, doing today and impediments.

• Conduct Iteration planning meeting to discuss and accept on the user stories to be handled.

• Conduct Backlog grooming sessions to constantly groom the backlogs on the need basis.

• Conduct Retrospection — Review and Action Meeting to appreciate, feedback and improve.

• Present the monthly metrics in Operations review.

• Present the quarterly forecast of Sprint in PI planning. Experience in Jira Tool in creating Epic/User stories. Backlog prioritization based on the requirements and ensures User stories are progressing gradually.

 Technical Background: - Expertise in managing application environments, taking care of creation, configuration, customization, allocation, maintenance, presentation etc., which includes upgrades at tools level and application level.

 Experience in Technology / Operation and Subject Matter Expert :-

 Gathering Requirement from customer, planning scope for the development, continues communication with development team.

 Understanding the impediments/ blockers and resolving on time to get the accurate result.

 Testing application before compilation and release on emulator or on runtime environment.

 Testing the Functionality and behavior or developed Feature/API and Web Service.

 Playing an Integral part in End to End SDLC

 Managing maintaining server and constantly check API functionality on server.
