Implementation of Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll modules and SSHR Using Oracle EBS


 

Role: Manager – Enterprise Solutions

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct baseline interviews workshop and document business requirements.

·        Study requirements and provide solution mapping and GAP analysis.

·        Done Talent Management configuration

·        Done Core HR configuration.

·        Configured Payroll module with complex scenarios.

·        Done data migration using HDL and BPL.

  • Configured Absence management setup with Accrual and leaves carryover.

 

  • Writing Fast Formula’s for payroll calculation.

 

  • Supporting issues related to Costing

 

·        Conduct user demos, CRP’s and user training.

·        Configure instances for CRP, UAT and PROD cut over.

·        Document OUM deliverables such as test scripts, setup documents, etc.

·        Prepare design documents for reports and custom components.

·        Prepare data templates and assist in data collection and migration.

·        Project planning, measure project KPI’s, provide reports to steering committee, conduct weekly project status meetings, plan PROD cut over.

·        Configured DOR for employee self-service request, set approvals for the same.

·        Coordinate with technical team to develop OTBI reports.
