Experience Design, Plan and Migrate deployments of customer on-premises data center/applications to Microsoft Azure Successfully assessed and migrated the servers for more than 15+ Dubai customer's. Assessment of the on prem workload to get the Readiness and TCO reports for migration to Azure cloud Migrating the on prem workloads of the customer to the cloud . Migrated over 400+ servers of Vmware, Hyper v and physical environment to the cloud for Dubai banking sector customer. Implementing azure site recovery services for the customer workloads (DRAAS) . Gather, review, and validate network requirements, VNETs, and network security groups Troubleshoot VMware ESX, Windows Server, Active Directory, and physical infrastructure issues that may occur Using PowerShell to deploy appliance on on prem Building the new virtual machines for the customer as per the requirements (BMS sheet) Monitoring the alerts on the service now to resolve the issues of azure services. Worked collaboratively with all others team such as network , linux ,backup etc to effectively migrate the workloads . Working with technical teams to design, build, deploy and manage Azure cloud services. Replication of the servers from the on prem through azure migrate. Troubleshooting the issues while replication and migration . Maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment. Prepared variety of different written communications, reports and documents. Developed team communications and information for meetings. Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problemsolving activities to support teamwork.
