Worked as a process advisor for their credit card division. The customer base was primarily of UK citizens. The role has enabled me to understand the global communication standards and the financial statistics of a foreign currency, hence adding to the experience of financial handling a level further. At the same time, understanding the mind set and needs of people different in culture, expression and ethnicity has enabled the skills to communicate efficiently, hence creating a comfortable zone for the customer base while dealing at first point of contact with us.

Catering each and every need/complaint/query related to the product(credit cards). The dealing required a strong affinity towards understanding the mood and unspoken need/disappointment of the customer. This helped in confiscating the problem/issues and hence making sure that the customer service experience is nothing less but excellent & quick thus closing it with the resolution in hand.
