Responsibility:

Ø I have experience in chemical industry ability to work independently, problem solving and work as a team.

Ø Good knowledge of chemical analysis, quality control and manufacturing practise.

Ø Experience in wet chemistry, Dissolution testing equipment, separation and associated instrumental.

Ø Special skills instrumental analysis :- GPC,GC ,DSC,PSA,HSGC,HYDROHM TESTER,                              KERL FISER TRITRETION,BOM CALARIMETER

Ø Water analysis for COD, AMONICAL NITROGEN TEST & RESIDUE CHLIRIDE.

Ø Wet chemistry for acid/base titration, PH meter, EDTA TITRATION , Total dissolve solvent.

Ø Other test for chlorides, phosphorus, iron, sulphate, sulphite, heavy metal, free chloride.  

Ø Brookfield viscosity, Hakke viscosity, specific gravity and clearity.                                                                               

Ø Routine chemical analysis of the running batches in the production.

Ø To attained the shift work of chemical analysis in laboratory.

Ø To prepare Standard solution of all chemical in specification.

Ø To testing of incoming raw material as company’s required parameters.

Ø To complete checking of finish good product from as per specification .

Ø To verify the finished goods that are being dispatched as per the quality.

Ø To prepare the Q.C of finished goods that are being dispatched.

Ø Checking of incoming packing Raw material

Ø Collect the samples of all RAW MATERIAL  for Q.C. Dept for testing.

Ø To prepare the Q.C report of the R.M as well finished grade.

Ø To verify the ISO/container before loading with the finished goods..

Ø To follow safety procedures in the laboratory & to follow GLP.

Ø To assist the Production dept for running batches.

Ø To verify the quality of the drums internally/UN used for packing.                                                                                                                                                

Ø Safety related matters at periodic intervals to be followed.

Ø To complete the ISO 9000/14000 work & records.

Ø To feed the data in SAP of the raw material & finished goods.
