Team Lead (Web Design)
· Conceptualize design projects and come up with creative ideas based on specific client needs. Then develop strategic plans for these projects, determining how long they will take and what they will cost.
· Establish creative strategy, budgets & schedules for the projects.
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and quotation.
· Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
· Report and escalate to management as needed.
· Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
· Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
· Develop detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
· Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
· Perform other related duties as assigned
