Possessing a mastery of design craft, tools and process in order to achieve rationalized solutions that address clear customer needs, business context, client vision, and project KPIs
Directing discovery, research and data synthesization to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses to design effective experiences and lead creation and facilitation of workshops, structured brainstorms, or other collaboration exercises.
Demonstrating ability to guide and manage team members to deliver high quality work along with focus on people development and fostering positive team culture
Possessing a holistic view of the work to clarify and define success metrics for client and business impact and generate realistic goals for their project teams to meet. Identifying, defining and actively pitching new opportunities to bring value to client engagements. Modeling the relationship for collaboration between Experience and Technology capabilities
Mentoring younger design talent and be responsible for the growth of the team by helping them define their career paths, identify opportunities and level up to do the best work of their lives.
