There are two parts of UI/UX dev for our needs, the Components library, and the page-
based developments.
● The components library is where we get someone to design/redesign the full suite of
elements used throughout our applications.
● It includes all variants of a component, including light and dark themes, etc. 90% of
the page-based UI development is based on that component library, but put together
in meaningful ways with an understanding of how the user can effectively use it.
● We need the developer to design in Figma. You have to share live progress in
Figma, and we probably need about 2 reviews a week to keep progress going.
● The frequent reviews with us are essential. Evaluate a design before the next piece
of work, so this means it can stretch over 2 to 3 months.
