Job Title: Senior Java Developer for SaaS Products

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with at least 7 years of experience in building SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable SaaS products using Java technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of the software
Troubleshoot and debug production issues as they arise
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
Experience building SaaS products, with knowledge of cloud computing and distributed systems
Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design principles.
