Senior Salesforce Developer

Here’s what you will bring:

1. At least 2 years of software development experience as Salesforce developer (APEX, Force.com, Visual Force)

2. At least one of the following SFDC certifications: `

a. SFDC Sales Cloud

b. SFDC Service Cloud

c. SFDC Admin

d. SFDC Platform Builder

3. Quick Learner, Positive Attitude, Pleasing Personality and Team Player

4. Good communication skills (ability to face US based customers)

5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology ideally from Computer Science / IT or affiliated streams

6. Open to consider either of contract only; contract to hire or full time employee mode of engagement

Your typical work area as Salesforce Developer would be:

1. To be responsible for directing & managing developer resources to accomplish project goals in Visualforce, Apex, AJAX and other technologies in order to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.

2. Leading technical end to end solution for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service cloud & force.com platform and writing technical design documents.

3. Recommend build vs. buy when It comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack

4. To work with other technical team members representing back office application to design seamless integration between all the involved applications.

5. To demonstrate deep knowledge of all SFDC PLATFORM offerings and recommend new features and modifications based on experiences with past clients

6. To leverage experience in integration architecture. Specifically, integrating external, on premise systems with Salesforce.com via middleware products

7. To demonstrate and leverage experience with salesforce integration patterns, strong knowledge in web service API’s / REST & governor limits

8. To demonstrate understanding of complex ETL and data migration practices and showcase experience of having performed multiple complex data migrations to SFDC
