Roles & Responsibilities
-Conduct project audits, internal audits, investigator site audits and other types of audits across various functions as per respective SOPs
-Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS/ SOPs in line with changes in regulations, standards and industry practice
-Planning/ preparation, conduct and reporting of various types of audits including review of root cause, corrections, corrective actions and/ or preventive actions (CAPA)/ responses, CAPA evidences, follow-up of audits/ reports/ observations and closure of audit reports/ observations
-Communicate and coordinate with function heads, project managers and other internal stakeholders for audits, QMS documents and matters related to QA
-Assist function head – QA to ensure that organisation is ready for external audits, certification audits and regulatory inspections
-Compile and maintain documents/ files related to project audits, internal audits, external audits, certification audits, investigator site audits, regulatory inspections and QA function on regular basis
-Prepare and/ or review assigned SOPs, WIs or Policies across various functions including QA.
