Qlik Developer

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense applications, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document data visualization requirements, translating them into innovative and effective Qlik solutions.
• Lead the development of complex data models, utilizing Qlik scripting to manipulate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Implement robust security and access control measures, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, and user guides.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Qlik developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging Qlik technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the organization's data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure seamless data integration and reliable data quality within Qlik applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex Qlik-related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Qlik application performance, identifying and implementing enhancements as needed.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Qlik development, including QlikView and Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Proficiency in Qlik scripting and advanced set analysis.
• Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report generation and distribution.
• Familiarity with Qlik APIs and extension development.
• Knowledge of best practices for Qlik application design, performance optimization, and security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with additional data visualization tools and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
