Eligibility Criteria :

• Proficiency in GoLang with at least 3 years of experience of coding in golang.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in order to translate software requirements into high-quality production software.

• Working experience with Linux is a must.

• Understanding of software design patterns and low level design is a must

• Understanding of high level design is desirable

• Familiarity with Container and Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes ) is highly desirable.

• Must be a team player and willing to work closely with teams dispersed in different time zones.

• Extremely proficient at writing scalable, testable, robust, and production-ready code efficiently in Golang

• Should be comfortable with concepts like lambda, streams, multithreading, etc

• Skilled at writing neat and maintainable code.

• Strong in algorithms, problem-solving, and data structures.

• Success driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements, and testing. Responsibility :

• Coming up with best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team.

• Driving the adoption of best practices & regular Participation in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.

• Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create.

• Implementation of long term technology vision for your team.

• Creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing/new areas

• Decide technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them.
