Functional Salesforce Consultant

Role: Sr. Salesforce Salescloud Functional Consultant (support and enhancement): Total Salesforce Experience: 6-8 Yrs.

6-8 years of Salesforce Functional Experience in Sales or Service Cloud.
Experience in a Large /Medium Real Estate firm (for ex: DAMAC, Dubai Properties, ALDAR, MAG, SHOBHA, etc. ).
Must have 2-3 years of exp. In supporting real estate business as a single point of contact for salesforce related issues/enhancements/projects.
 

Skills:

Mandatory:

• Ability to interact directly with customer and handle project from inception to conclusion independently.

• Extensive experience in facing customer directly on day-to-day basis.

• Must be able to steer weekly status update calls with business.

• Must be able to own Day-to-Day operational issues related to process and product.

• Ability to manage assigned technical resources for projects and support.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Salescloud architecture, its benefits and limitations.

• Extensive Product Knowledge of Sales Cloud and its integration with 3rd party systems. Mainly Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.

• Excellent experience in Salesforce administration (Managing the Users, Roles, Profiles, OWD, Sharing rules, Sandbox creation and Refresh, Creating Managed / Unmanaged packages, layouts, etc.).

• Salesforce Customizations knowledge through flows, process builder, etc.

Additional Requirements:

• Working experience in real estate industry is a huge plus.

• Ability to define architecture options and recommendations by analysing and reviewing functional specifications

• Data Migration tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard

• Experience with Drawloop and DocuSign is a huge plus.

• Good understanding of Automation techniques, Agile working methodologies, Continuous Integration

Responsibilities:

• Be integral part of end-to-end project life cycle.

• Provide L1, L2 and L3 support to business in fast paced environment.

• Work as SPOC for SalesCloud (Sales Function).

• Work closely with Technical team for System enhancements.

• Creating and maintaining complete functional documentation.

• Participate in making key solution and design decisions on solutions & approach.

• Conduting SITs, UATs with business.

• Logging work hours and work hour utilization using JIRA

• Design integrations between Salesforce and other applications and get them developed by tech team.
