We are looking to hire a technical support engineer in 3 different verticals. ( 2 position each )

• Hardware - Assembling & Troubleshooting PC's ( Laptop, Desktops), Servers, Storage, Printers.
• Software Services ( Windows OS Installation, Active Directory, M365, Azure, AWS, etc)
• IT Security & Backup ( Firewall Installation and implementation, Anti-virus deployment, Encryption, Backup - Veritas, Dell DPS, Veeam, Commvault)

Candidates should have experience of 2+ years and willing to work on site and travel within Pune to customer site on a regular basis.

Candidate will also be responsible for Pre-Sales work like arriving at BOQ and participating in PreSales discussions with customers.
