Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build cloud migration solutions critical to the business. 

As a Software Engineer, you will develop a clear sense of connection with our organization and leadership - as Software Engineering is the eyes through which they see the product. 

This is a partnership-heavy role. As a member of the Data Analytics team, you will belong to a centralized Engineering team that partners closely with teams in the client's Infrastructure organization. Through the consulting nature of our team, you will contribute to a variety of projects and technologies, depending on partner needs. The broad range of partners equates to a broad range of projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain BigID installations for fortune 500 company

• Follow Agile-Scrum practices for effective software development

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with cross-functional data and products teams and build efficient and scalable solutions

• Conduct design reviews

• Work with infrastructure to triage infra issues and drive to resolution

• Manage the delivery of high impact services, interfaces, tools, and visualizations

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/B.Tech./M.Tech in Computer Science, Math, related field, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in the BigID data platform

• 2+ years of experience in SQL, XML, and JSON technologies

• Experience in leading technical projects from definition through interpretation and execution

• Experience with large data sets and Cloud technologies

• Experience initiating and driving projects, and communicating software development plans to internal clients/stakeholders
