Responsibilities:

·        Will be involved in technical discussions related to the project/product.

·        Help team members in technical reviews.

·        Manage E2E deliveries on time, on budget within scope and with quality.

·        Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

·        Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

·        Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

·        Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·        Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

·        Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.

·        Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. 

Technical Skills:

·        12+ years of relevant experience in managing web based Java projects.

·        Knowledge of modern highly scalable web architectures including cloud technologies like AWS.

·        Sound fundamentals of Java, Hibernate, Spring Framework, J2EE, EJB, RDBMS (SQL, MySQL and/or Oracle), Tomcat, Caching/Memcached, Reporting & Analytics.

·        Strong object-oriented and data modeling experience, ORM.

·        Familiar with web development using HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
