•            Define Data Strategy for the Salesforce Org

•            Define the overall data migration approach

•            Import data using the appropriate tools while checking for data duplication and redundancy

•            Selection of appropriate tool for the data migration(especially during org consolidation)

•            Preparing data migration checklists and

•            Helping with inputs to cutover plan from data perspective
