Job Responsibilities:
· Anchor and nurture existing IT / ITeS services accounts in Travel, Airline, Transportation, Car Rental, Logistic, OTA, Curies Line & Hospitality domain
· Total 12-15 years of experience including 6-8 years of sales/account management experience in hunting or farming
· Develop strong, long-term relationships with C level executives
· Knows when to leverage his/her personal credibility and respect to appropriately influence decision making and leadership level
· Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets mutually agreed upon
· Drive for results no matter what business barriers may exist meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets mutually agreed upon
· Create and deliver on strategic and tactical sales plans
· This is an Aggressive Farming & Hunting Role
· Experience of selling on /offshore blended projects / Software Development /Staff Augmentation or ITes/BPO/Call Center Services Offerings
· Sound understanding of Onsite / Offshore Business Models
· Sales Penetration of focus Accounts and Grow the territory
