Job Description
·Working with internal stakeholders (e.g., content, country operations, group marketing) to define and manage ad-hoc CRM communications, in particular in the SMS, email, push channels, IAM and Social channels
·Creating, checking, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic Tool, our CRM platform
·Defining and segmenting audiences appropriate for each message
·Acting as a ‘customer advocate’ and ensuring the quality, relevancy, consistency and accuracy of our CRM platform
·Assisting with the design and creation of promotions, automated messaging, campaigns, and events
·Testing, measuring, and learning from each communication – constantly seek improvement
·Coaching other team members on improving the campaign design efficiency
·Campaign reporting
Skills
·3-5 years of CRM or email marketing expertise
·Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic is a must
·Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform
·Expertise driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic.
·Competency in coding HTML and CSS highly desirable
·Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
·A desire to work across multiple channels and to be involved in designing and delivering marketing automation
·Knowledge/experience of Telecoms/ecommerce business highly desirable
·Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation highly desirable
