Responsibilities:

Coordinate support activities with infrastructure teams
Advise application owners on architecture changes for making applications more cloud ready
Build scripts, tools, and other services to help developers migrate applications to Docker/Kubernetes
Solving specific issues, providing a generalized solution
Implement changes in Terraform or Python
Deploy applications, JAVA Platform

Desired Experience and qualifications:

BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working in software engineering
Experience in building or supporting Kubernetes clusters
Development experience in Terraform or Python
Hands-on experience with deployments to Azure or Amazon Web Services
Experience with development concepts and tooling (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Nexus)
Experience in support/stability activities and working with IT infrastructure teams
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills
Excellent English communications skills
Basic knowledge of network concepts and IT infrastructure elements in general.
