• Support and deploy customer-facing, front-end, and back-end applications in Test and Production environments.
• Improving site performance, monitoring, and overall stability of Production environments.
• Interacting with the Engineering for supporting/maintaining/designing backend infrastructure for product support.
• Automation of provisioning, orchestration, deployment, customization, upgrades, and monitoring of our infrastructure and services.
• Performance tuning, monitoring, and maintaining fault-tolerant/HA infrastructure.
• Disaster recovery design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of server/network issues.
• Proactive monitoring of server systems.
