Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for customers by providing accurate and helpful information, answering queries, processing order invoices and ensuring customers are satisfied with their service. Key responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer sales queries and issues face to face or over the phone/email;
Managing sales order processing activities;
Managing and monitoring product deliveries to ensure customers receive products on time and in full;
Supporting warehouse staff if needed;
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers;
Managing and monitoring the stock to avoid out-of-stock;
General administrative duties;
Skills and Requirements:
Reliable and a hard worker;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Multilingual will be an advantage;
Strong attention to detail;
The ability to follow procedures within a fast-paced environment;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to stay calm under pressure;
Fluent in English and comfortable using computers;
Present professionally with respect to clothing, personal hygiene and appearance;
Training is provided, and previous experience in technical support is not required;
