Planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades on Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod
Providing development assistance for ServiceNow releasesSystem administration, including list/form/navigation pane updates, catalog item development and maintenance, workflow creation and configuration, configuration reviews, Instance patch management, and table and field creation
Sanity/smoke testing of GSConnect functionality post instance upgradeSanity/smoke testing of newly released GSConnect functionalities post-release
Resolution of technical issues related to application and platform
