Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed scoping workshops and develop high level project work plan;

· Working with relevant stakeholders to architect, design and develop complex Dynamics 365 solutions;

· Create appropriate requirements and design documentation;

· Optimize business process design and the use of standard MS Dynamics 365 capabilities;

· Promote customer relationship management best practice;

· Implement and leverage the MS Dynamics platform using best; development and implementation methodologies; and

· Work with team members to verify the implemented solution.

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 10 years experience in application development roles;

· Minimum 5 years experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions;

· Understanding and practicing the SDLC, and ability to take on the various roles as required, such as gathering requirements, design, deployment, testing and training;

· Demonstrated experience in developing solutions with ASP.net, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Web Services and Web API ;

· Experience with SSIS and SSRS are desirable;

· Experience with agile process and methodologies desirable;

· Good presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Degree in IT or relevant industry experience; and

· Current Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded

· Excellent problem solver and critical thinker who can work with all of the stakeholders (internal and external) to solve problems;

· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders;

· Promotes teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members; and

· Ability to keep the team leaders, project managers and other managers informed of progress and issues being faced.
