Job Description

iOS developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices[iPhone/s, iPad/s and Mac Machines (Apple computers)].

Primary activities will involve, but not limited to, development of iOS applications, integration with back-end services, and UI/UX development for iOS platform. The candidate will be working with other developers working on different technology and expertise. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the thought process of building quality product/project is vital.

Must have

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience

• Proficient with Swift [Swift is primary] & Flutter

• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

• Worked upon native and hybrid apps(if possible)

• Worked upon projects from scratch (starting own self after the initial requirements)

• Should have some apps available on app marketplace/store

Skillset

• Experience with Apple Watch integration

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (Instruments, Shark, etc.)

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

• Benchmarking and optimization

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (SVN, Git, VSS)

• Familiarity with continuous integration
