Description

Candidate Experience

The candidate should have 12+ years of working experience in the .NET and .NET Core technology

stack. The candidate will be evaluated accordingly to their total work experience.

Expectation from the Candidate

Deep understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core and Angular (desirable)

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong object-oriented development experience in C#; strong understanding of .NET

Framework and .NET Core.

2. Well versed in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Middleware, DI containers, Services, FluentAPI,

Swagger Specs etc.

3. Strong ability to build RESTful services using ASP.NET Core WebApi.

4. Solid hands-on experience using ORMs like Entity Framework Core.

5. Team management aspects for 20-30 people

6. Experience using Moq and Microsoft Unit Test Framework.

7. Solid experience in any RDBMS – preferably SQL Server but Oracle, MySql would also be okay.

8. Experience building responsive web UIs in React.

9. Knowledge of ExtJS (Sencha) would be a huge plus.

10. Knowledge of Containerization using Docker.

11. a Basic understanding of widely used design patterns like CQRS, DDD (Domain-Driven Design),

Repository, etc.

12. Experience working in Git with modern CI/CD/DevOps processes.

Other Skills

1. Ability to work in a diverse team/multiple stakeholder environment.

2. Should have worked in an Agile environment following methodologies such as Scrum.

3. Preferred knowledge of software requirements assessment and implementation, automated

testing, continuous integration, automated deployments, source code repositories, and code

check-in processes (e.g., GitHub, TFS, AWS CodeCommit, etc.).

4. Work with stakeholders and find prototypes for their needs and drive the solutions.

5. Lead a team of developers, provide guidance and mentorship.

6. Have a strong sense of ownership.

 Attention to detail and follow-through to achieve good quality and meet deadlines.

 Ability to work effectively in a team as well as in an individual environment
