Candidate Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of working experience. The candidate will be
evaluated accordingly to their total work experience.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience in manual testing of Desktop/Web applications.
• Advanced / Expert level on testing concepts and execution.
• Test cases optimization to achieve coverage and quality.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes
• Experience in developing test automation framework/scripts
• Knowledge of programming languages like core java,.net
• Relevant Automation experience level 2 years.
• Should be well versed in understanding business specifications and deriving and identifying
test cases and test scenarios
• Should be well versed with various testing stages/levels/phases, testing types, and testing
techniques Experience in working with Agile/Scrum development process
• Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, planning, and
team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Exposure or experience in tools like Confluence, Jira would be helpful.
Following Skills will be an added advantage.
• Working Knowledge of SQL databases, queries.
• Working knowledge on web services testing and API testing
• Experience with continuous integration and CI tools like Jenkins.
Behavioral Skill
• Good Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers in
all aspects of the project.
