Technical Skills
- Resolution of Microsoft Power App & Automate Incidents and Service Requests relating to the PDP Application Environments (Dev, Test and Production) (incl the CDS Data Repository, Share point list, Model Driven Views, Canvas Driven App and Automate flows)
- Requests raised by the BW's Users
- User management administration of Users access to Power App Data and Views within the applications (Not Domain user accounts and PowerApp Licensing)
- Provide assistance to BW Users for matters relating to the functionality and availability of the PDP Solution within the Microsoft PowerApp platform
- Investigate Incidents and carry out resolutions in line with Microsoft guidelines and recommendations
- Escalation / coordination of Incident/ service requests (to resolve or further escalate to Microsoft)
