4+ years of hands-on knowledge on executing campaigns using marketing automation platform like
SFMC,
β Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred,
but not required
β Collaborate well with offshore development teams
β Great communication, interpersonal skills and rapport building
Skill Set
β Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
β Knowledge and experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is required
β Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and
Personalization Builder for Emails
β Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template
Language
β Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
β Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script
(SSJS)
β Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloudβs contact data model
β Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder
configuration
β Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple
business units
β Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
β Coordinate with stakeholders and understand the current gaps in the digital customer journeys and
current acquisition and retention campaigns
β Consult on Defining segmentation criteria for lifecycle campaigns
β Conduct A/B testing.
