Job Responsibilities:
Anchor and nurture existing IT / BPO / BPM Clients / Accounts
IT / BPO / BPM Account Management / Client Servicing – Large and complex Engagements
Total 12-15 years of experience including 6-8 years of sales/account management experience in hunting and farming IT Solutions & Services offerings in USA Market
Develop strong, long-term relationships with C level executives
Knows when to leverage his/her personal credibility and respect to appropriately influence decision making and leadership level
Drive for results no matter what business barriers may exist
Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets mutually agreed upon
Create and deliver on strategic and tactical sales plans
Experience of selling on/offshore blended projects / Software Development /Staff Augmentation or IT Services Offerings.
Sound understanding of Onsite / Offshore Business Models
