Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Anchor and nurture existing IT / BPO / BPM Clients / Accounts
  • IT / BPO / BPM Account Management / Client Servicing – Large and complex Engagements
  • Total 12-15 years of experience including 6-8 years of sales/account management experience in hunting and farming IT Solutions & Services offerings in USA Market
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with C level executives
  • Knows when to leverage his/her personal credibility and respect to appropriately influence decision making and leadership level
  • Drive for results no matter what business barriers may exist
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets mutually agreed upon
  • Create and deliver on strategic and tactical sales plans
  • Experience of selling on/offshore blended projects / Software Development /Staff Augmentation or IT Services Offerings.
  • Sound understanding of Onsite / Offshore Business Models
  • This is an Aggressive Farming – Hunting Role
  • C Level / CXO Level Sales
  • Sales Penetration of focus Accounts and Grow the territory
