Specific Duties and Responsibilities 

•    Skilled SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing customer data solutions using SAP CDC (formerly Gigya). 

•    This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation, integration, and support of customer identity and access management solutions. 

•    The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer data management, security, and privacy compliance.

•    Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Customer Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

•    Strong understanding of customer identity and access management (CIAM) principles.

•    Qualifications 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•    Overall 9 year of experience & at least 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) 

•    Good experience in Client interaction

•    Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

•    Experience with global service delivery model 

•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

•    Ready to work on offshore-onsite model

•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
