Business Central Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Working with customers to facilitate the implementation and support of D365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing/supply chain and Master Planning modules using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to capture/document business requirements and conduct gap analysis, preparing pre-design documentation as well.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the functionality of the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the acceptance of D365 Business Central/NAV.
• Design, configuration, and testing of core D365 Business Central/NAV Production/ supply chain as well as Master Planning module.
• Defining D365 Business Central/NAV enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms etc. that a developer can use for D365 Business Central/NAV enhancements.
• Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy.
• Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for end users.
• Actively working with all involved to mitigate risks by maintaining a project plan.
• Conduct training sessions and produce user documentation.

Qualifications.

• At least 4-8 years of functional consultancy experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of the Finance and Sales modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with 3+, full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and relationships with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications or other relevant industry certifications would be beneficial.
