ERPNext Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation
Specialist to oversee the deployment and integration of a comprehensive ERP system for
a large-scale project. The role involves working closely with various departments such as
Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, Human Resources, and Administration to centralize
and automate key processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP
systems, CRM integration, accounting management, and process automation, with a
focus on the unique needs of industries such as transport, mining, healthcare, and
education.

Key Responsibilities:
• ERP System Implementation:
• Lead the deployment of an ERP system, ensuring it covers all organizational
processes, including General Accounting, HR Management, Payroll, Procurement,
and Treasury.
• Implement a centralized accounting system at both the national and state levels.
• Oversee the integration of the ERP system with CRM tools to automate business
processes.
• Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Accounting Management:
• Structure and manage general, analytical, budgetary, and geographical
accounting systems.
• Ensure accurate recording and management of fixed assets, cash flow, and
financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain a general ledger, balance sheets, income statements, and
cash flow statements.
• Process Automation:
• Implement administrative stock management from order placement to invoice
accounting.
• Automate reconciliation processes for cash and bank accounts, ensuring accurate
auxiliary accounting for receivables and debts.
• Prevent duplicate invoice entries and ensure data integrity throughout the
system.
• Human Resources Management:

• Automate HR processes including personnel inventory, payroll management, and
attendance tracking.
• Manage the organizational framework and training modules within the ERP
system.
• Oversee payroll processing according to different employee categories.
• System Administration:
• Ensure secure access to the ERP system with defined roles and responsibilities for
users.
• Maintain system backup, data recovery protocols, and safeguard analytical
account structures.
• Treasury Management:
• Automate domestic treasury management, forecasting, scheduling, and recovery
services.
• Interface treasury data into general and subsidiary accounting systems without
manual data entry.
• Integration & Customization:
• Customize the ERP solution to meet specific client requirements, including
integration with external systems like YEXT, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Ensure seamless data flow between ERP modules and external financial and
HR systems.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Extensive experience in ERP system implementation and management. Minumum
experience of 7 years in the industry
• Experience with ERPNext is must.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget
management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and integration with ERP platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in handling large-scale ERP projects, preferably in industries such as
transport, mining, healthcare, or education.
