Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Customize and configure Salesforce FSL to meet the specific needs of the business.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Ensure the efficient operation and optimization of the FSL platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Provide hands-on support and training to end-users on FSL functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and FSL features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including extensive experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Project Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and integration options.
Service-Based Expertise: Experience working in a service-based environment, with a clear understanding of service processes and workflows.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
