Role Description

This is a full-time role for a DBT Data Engineer at Blumetra Solutions. As a DBT Data Engineer, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with data engineering, data modeling, ETL (Extract Transform Load), data warehousing, and data analytics. This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

5+ years implementing data pipelines or data-intensive assets using Python, Pyspark.
2+ years creating modular data transformation using an orchestration engine like airflow
2+ years building cloud-native solutions in AWS, especially with S3, Glue, Lambda, Step functions, Athena
Good hands on experience working with Athena.
3+ years experience on DBT
Expert knowledge of working with Jinja templates.
Good knowledge on Cloud Databases, especially Snowflake.
Very good Data analysis skills in SQL. Able to develop complex SQL Statements and tune them for performance when required.
Experience in the data modelling plan, analysis, design and build effort.
Experience in ETL/ELT framework.
Understanding of data warehouse and traditional database concepts
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
