Project Overview
The client, a luxury fashion brand with multiple boutiques worldwide, is seeking to migrate
their ERP system from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
Central (BC365) Cloud. This project involves system migration, data integration, and
ongoing support. The project will be executed on a time and material basis with an initial
deployment of three resources.
Key Objectives
1. ERP Migration: Migrate from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 to BC365 Cloud.
2. Customization: Implement necessary modifications to the ERP system to suit the
client’s business needs.
3. Integration: Integrate LS Retail with Shopify for streamlined POS and online
operations.
4. Data Management: Migrate essential data including customer information, SKUs,
production details, and recent ledger entries.
5. Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-migration.
Resources Deployed
• ERP Specialist: Responsible for overseeing the migration and customization of the
ERP system.
• Cloud Security Expert: Ensures the security and integrity of the cloud environment
during and after migration.
• Integration Specialist: Handles the integration of LS Retail with Shopify and other
relevant systems.
Project Phases
1. Initial Assessment and Planning:
o Conduct a detailed assessment of the existing ERP system and business
processes.
o Develop a comprehensive migration plan including timeline and resource
allocation.

2. Migration and Customization:
o Migrate ERP data from NAV 2013 to BC365.
o Customize BC365 to meet specific business requirements, focusing on

Qualifications
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business
Central.
• Proficiency in SQL, AL Language, C/AL Language, and C/SIDE.
• Strong customization and integration skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Flexibility to work remote and coordinate with teams in multiple
locations.
