Job Title: Fusion Finance Consultant
Department: Finance/Consulting
Reports to: Project Manager/Finance Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion Finance Consultant with 6 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering finance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Support: Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Cash Management.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system designs.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, data conversion, and data validation to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems.
- Testing & Training: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. Conduct training sessions and create training materials for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage project scope, risks, and issues.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation, addressing any issues or enhancements required by the client.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing finance projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
