5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow lead, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery. |
Expertise in Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management processes and workflows. |
Proven track record in leading technical architecture efforts within the ServiceNow platform. |
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. |
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. |
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges. |
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. |
Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist). |
Previous experience with Workplace Service Delivery projects. |
Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and APIs. |
