Salesforce Developer Responsibilities ? Design, implement, and test new functionalities and features in Salesforce to meet business needs. ? Build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform, using the most appropriate platform capability ? Make appropriate use of Flows, Apex, LWC and other technologies to ensure solutions are built to high standards. ? Make appropriate use of enterprise design patterns when writing custom code. ? Support the Senior Devs with ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required. ? Work with Senior Devs and Tech Leads to author technical solutions, ensuring adherence to design patterns. Required Skills & Experience ? 5+ years in Salesforce Development ? Highly skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components the creation of custom solutions tailored to client needs. ? Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles for efficient and scalable applications for a large active user base ? Excellent technical documentation skills ? Salesforce Certification (Must: Salesforce Platform Developer I) ? Excellent communication skills Desired Skills ? Financial Services industry experience ? Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
