Servicenow ITAM HAM Consultant Candidate must have at least 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience Worked on Asset lifecycle, Model, Model category & Hardware model Normalization Should be aware of Hardware asset request flow Hands-on experience in stockrooms, consumables Worked on financial aspects of the item purchase, cost, and depreciation of the item (Good to have) Worked on Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, and Licensing tied to the item. (Good to have) Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (ITAM and, CMDB) well-versed with ServiceNow scripting Good knowledge of Integration with external tools
