Java Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Leading a team of Java developers, providing guidance, and mentoring junior team members.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java applications.
3. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
4. Conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, and maintaining code quality.
5. Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
6. Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Java development.
3. Strong proficiency in Java, including Java EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
4. Experience in leading a team of developers.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Experience with microservices architecture.
4. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
5. Certification in Java development or related technologies.
